The Elanex Translation Manager (ETM)
ETM is an advanced desktop client for document processing, matching against the Inventory, and
translation/editing/quality reviewing, seamlessly integrated with the Inventory and EON.
ETM provides the ability to:
- Extract translatable text from hundreds of document formats
- Replace translations seamlessly
- Match against glossaries
- Match against the translation Inventory
- Extrapolate close matches to exact matches, saving additional time (using
the Elanex translation extrapolation™ technology)
- Create 'alignments' (stored translations) from previously-translated documents
- Analyze and manage thousands of documents
- Edit and translate documents
- Rapidly identify translatable text in unstructured text formats
- Review translations
- Analyze and schedule translation batches
(using Elanex batch optimization™ technology)
- Apply any of a number of utilities designed to help the translator, editor or project
manager efficiently complete translation tasks
ETM integrates seamlessly with the translation Inventory
enabling instant access to
stored translations. ETM also integrates seamlessly with our online
project management system, enabling up/download of documents, upload
of word counts and so on.
